What is the S.O.O.T.H.E.™ Method?

 

I created this method after I collectively used natural strategies to heal my own chronic pain, after 9 long years.  During my healing, God called upon me to go out and teach these 6 elements of healing to others, so you too could be healed. 

Each element targets different aspects of your well-being, ensuring a holistic approach to better health. For those living with chronic pain and/or autoimmune diseases, my methods provide pain management, without the need for medication.

As a Sleep Consultant, with over 20 years of experience working in Sleep Medicine, a degree in Psychology, a nutritional researcher, and as a Certified Coach in Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT), I will help you improve your health and live the life you desire to lead.
